Default PCV Diagraming/Installation

Not too long ago, I had my first generation B16A built from the bottom up, and then swapped in my 1997 Civic coupe. Ever since the build, my idle has been surging and refuses to stay steady at 1-7% throttle.

Hours of research has lead me to consider my FITV, IACV, PCV Valve, and TPS sensor. The most immediate problem I have is the lack of a PCV Valve. I cannot find a diagram to tell me where both sides should plug into. To my understanding, it is supposed to connect somewhere on the intake side of my Edelbroch VictorX, and to the black oil canister on the back of my block. The thing is, that canister only has one unused fitting, which is female. Am I supposed to get a female to male fitting and then connect it to the PCV via a vaccum hose? Is the PCV valve supposed to sit between my runners? If someone could fill me in on the particulars and a usable PCV part number from advanced auto, I'd be ecstatic. I believe I am supposed to use a 89-91 Civic/CRX PCV

Some more searching has brought me to the diagram posted in this thread: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1985287

Where would I go about buying everything from the "black box" up? In other words, the nipple and hosings. And where on the intake manifold does it connect?
