couple days ago i was swappin out the stock radio/casette on my 92 civic ex for a cheap aftermarket. After i got all the wires matched i was putting it into the dash when i accidently i touched a piece of bare wire on my ground constant wire on a screw in the dash..sparks flew and my cig lighter, stereo, climate control has no power anymore...i checked all fuses everything looks good but still no power. I have no idea what the problem could be ..any suggestions?
just a note: it was the ground constant wire on the center console wire harness that touched the screw

Check ALL other wires AGAIN! Reset your ECU. Pull that fuse, in the engine bay,,, check it,,, Hold out for 15 seconds, place back in and retry. See if that works.
