Alt. solenoid valve fuse blown, no start B16
Today While driving my Civic, It just totally shut down. After having the car towed home, After some investigating, I found no fuel, no spark, no power at all to ECU. After some furthur checking I found a 10 amp fuse labeled (Alternator Solenoid Valve) blown. I know I have read here somewhere about another person having this problem. I tried a search, but found no results. After replacing the fuse, car runs fine and has not blown another fuse yet. Any idea why this fuse would have blown? I've had my B16 swap done for about 5 months with no other problems.
Thanks

far from experience....i had the same problem about alt. solenoid fuse blown on me. 1. bad grounding 2. open circut (wires might have melted somewhere)
Keep in mind, a good percentage of electrical problems like this can be traced to bad grounds.

Yes, I also had the same problem all from a damn ground, and 3 mechanics could not tell me what the problem was, pretty bad when all that was wrong was a fuse.
