Default Ecu problem help !!!

Ok i have a 95 civic ex. Putting a b16 going obd1. Will the p28 run the engine with out tuning and would it hurt it until i have the money to tune. All the help would be nice. Typically how much would that tune cost.

it will run it alright until you can either tune your car or get a chipped ecu. i would just chip it since your probably stock. chiping is cheap varies from 70-150 depending on where its done just look around.

If you mean no turbo then yes. The intake manifold is obx and will also be running high compression pistons. Everything else is stock.
