the B16A1 is the OBD0 motor. So you might have to switch some plugs around. Just plug in whatever you can plug in. If you cant plug something in, go get the plug from the OBD0 harness, solder it on, then plug it in. Thats it. You'll have to either have an OBD1 ecu (recommended) or a obd1 to obd0 adapter (do they even make those?).

Make sure you dont plug in the TPS into the MAP or the IAC or vice versa. They're all the same shape plugs.

Your question is kinda vague...what are you asking exactly?

you should have wired the motor before installing it in the car, but since you didn't (I'm guessing from your post). You need to use the harness from the old motor. There are a few plugs you will to extend...ect. o2 sensor to the rear...As far as v-tec you will need a chipped obd-1 ecu, don't try and convert to obd-0. Get up with Kenji and have him make you one, I highly reccomend him. From there you will need a pinout for the ecu and plug a wire in the harness at the ecu for vtec, vtec oil pressure, and vtec ground. That should be about it...

This should help with ecu wiring..

soldering wizz or not, man that's gonna be bad. I've hand built a OBD1 engine and interior harness for my 90 EF back in the day lol...like 5 years ago because i didn't wanna buy the conversion. I just took the harness from a 94 EX and spliced it all in. It sucked to do. lol but it did run fine...cuz im a genius . Besides that, the OBD0 computer for that motor sucks, i hear. Just buy a JDM OBD1 ecu for a B16. That way, you can just plug it in and drive.

never bothered to do a wire tuck. I dont particularly like wiring..even though im good at it.
