A quiet one.

Just imo, i don't like loud exhausts on hondas.
You'll like the greddy evo, megan drift spec. Both of thost are relatively cheap. but to me it's definately not worth getting an expensive exhaust for a d-series.
And the only reason I would get a good exhaust is if I had a motor with some displacement that could actually put it to good use. For a d-series the 3whp and $500 you spend to get a cool noise is half of a good turbo build or a whole junkyard build.

Second.
I would recommend against a louder one on a Honda, as police love to profile us. Get something non-descript and low key, but still allows you the performance you want.
Let's see, for the quiet ones, there is the Tanabe Hyper Medallion, the Apex'i WS2 (kinda big, but whatever), or the Mugen twin-loop, just off the top of my head.
Myself, I wanted the twin loop, but I also wanted to get rid of the flare on the tip to make it LESS of a statement, so I settled for an impostor twin loop, and hacked off (professionally) the end, painted the canister flat-black, and couldn't be happier with it. Nice deep tone, and doesn't draw attention from the wrong people.

A 3" exhaust would be ridiculous.
Just get a megan drift spec. I've heard them in person. Quiet until your on WOT then they're deep and smooth.
One of the only loud exhausts I like.
