old gas.
i had my car sit for a year and a half. there was half a tank of gas in there. does gas go bad? i had a couple of mechanics tell me that gas does go bad. so just want to see if anyone ran in to bad gas.
there is bad gas. it turn yellow and you car will run like ****, could even mess up injectors or fuel pump, dump it out and fill with new gas, then replace the fuel filter just to be safe.
better safe than stuck on the side of the freeway

There is a drain on the gas tank. Just undo it and let it drain.
I would do that, then pour about a gallon in the tank, swish it around, shake it up, and then drain it again.
Then change the fuel filter and when you fill up the car again, add some injector cleaner.

awesome!!!!!!!!!! i think i just figured out my problem i'm going to get some 93 octane with 4 bottle of injector cleaners and 2 bottle of octane booster. because it's in my yard and i don't think my parents will be too happy about me draining the gas.
dam it gets gummy? now that i have to drain but i have to ask my moms first. is that flamable? i'm guessing not because it's not starting. so i can dump it into the sewer
