gsr timing belt and 22T water pump. ANd while your at it ditch that stock b20 oil pump and get a itr one or a gsr (if you can find it. number has been sustained with a PR4 number)

all 96+ b series oil pumps are the same. so his b20z already has a "gsr" oil pump.

B20 OIL PUMPS ARE FINE FOR THE VTEC CONVERSION, AND THE LS B20 WATERPUMP IS ALSO OKAY TOO.....HAVE DONE IT WITH B20/LS WATER/OIL PUMP DOZENS OF TIME WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS....
