B16a Knocking.... HELP?

B16a Knocking.... HELP?
Good evening (morning 
)
I bought a B16a swap from HMO and after 200 miles am currently experiencing a knocking. I replaced the rod beairngs which were chewed up. #3 bearings were WASTED while the others were a little blued but not bad.... REAPLCED ALL ROD BEARINGS. Started it up and an initial knock..... let it warm to operating temp then held at 2500 rpms for 1 minute. Now i still have a knock at startup... about 9 or 10 rapid knocks, then it dissappears and stabilizes an idle. Give it half throttle and it knocks but NOT at 0 or 100% throttle. Im lost at this point, is it in my best interest to pull the block.....? the crank journal was in spec and it plastigauges out within spec as well.
