Rounded exhaust manifold bolt
yeah...so i rounded the lower middle bolt on the exhaust manifold on my si and need to get it off. this is one of the bolts not the nuts. I'm not sure if i can get anything back there to cut it off or be able to tap it and put in a reverse thread, and those stupid craftsman stripped nut remover things with the flutes are junk.
so has anyone been in a mess like this? i don't want to pull my engine. I was thinking of maybe some how cutting a line into the head of the bolt and i could just turn it with a screwdriver.

i used the craftsman thing on my stuck exhaust bolts.. chose the smallest one you can and use a hammer to dig it on there.. then give it hell and use a ton of PB blaster to try and break it lose.

or as said pay someone to get it out. It's a pain in the *** to do yourself. I had to have a guy i knew do mine. He welded a nut to the bolt and filled it in with some stuff and then pulled it out. I asked him how much would it cost and he said i didn't want to know but for payment he'll take a box of MRE's which i didn't hesitate and bought them but MRE's aren't cheap either.
