ok guys i whent to smog my lude and it failed the pre test.the HC were at 300+ at idle 2500 was good. i installed a new cat,replaced my plugs and changed my oil. timing is at 18 so it should be fine.any ideas what i could look for i found my idle was at 450 so i turned it up to 650-700.Also my battery keeps going low i have a gauge and it reads 14.2 when i rev it but when its at idle it goes down to 12.6 and keeps droping any sugg. maybe alt.? Thanks guys
