Default Help needed to pass emissions

Hi everyone I'm really upset because I can't get my da integra with a b16a engine to pass emissions I've done it twice the first time I did it

Co2 measured 14.89 at idle and 13.94 at 2500
O2 measured 0.77at idle and 0.17 at 2500 rpm
Hc (ppm) the max was 220 and it measured 71 and at 2500 it measured 147 so it passed
Co max was 1.2 and it measured 0.130 at idle and at 2500 it measured 2.056 so it didn't pass so I took it home and cleaned the rotor the distributor cap and I moved the timing a little bit, oh and l and I lift the exhaust using a rope to hold it up and after 7 days I went again but before that I went on the freeway for a bit so they checked it again and this time
The hc (ppm) at idle was 38 and at 2500 was 392 so it didn't pass and the
Co was 0.008at idle and 0.022 at 2500 rpm so that one passed what did I do wrong how can I fix it thanks in advance guys

Every state is different so those numbers dont really help.

Do exactly what i say and you will pass;

-Tune up, plugs, wires, rotor/cap, oil
-if you know your o2 sensor is old, buy a new one or clean "it" or "them".
-clean EGR
-fill up your tank with Chevron supreme gas
-buy a bottle or two of HEET and put in tank
-Drive your car on the Highway for at least 40+ miles or a hour to get as hot as it will
-Immediately take to go through emissions

you said you adjusted timing, i hope with a timing gun and not by ear. If you really want to get fancy adjust your valve lash on all your valves.

If you fail after this its prob a bad cat at this point. Hope this helps.

Cheap trick with getting a car to pass is setting the timing to zero, or even one or two degrees retarded for its BASE timing.

This however, won't work on our cars. Damn electronic timing advanced. I used to zero out my timing on my old Z and it would pass every time. Ran slow as **** but it passed.

Do an oil change, change your plugs, change the cap and rotor, adjust your valves, change the plug wires, basically do everything that sparksman said to do and it should pass.

And don't shut it down while you're waiting in line. Let it idle. It'll help keep the cat nice and hot.
