I there a way that is cost free to get just a little bit more of an edge?

EX on 4th Gen Ludes
Advanced Timing (5th gen could do this as well)
Flapper Valve Mod
EGR Mod
Fuel Pressure Mod
Coolant Bypass Mod
Crancase Filter Mod

well i am in the grand state of OHIO. the I dont know weather state. 80F one day and 20F and snow the next. and thats not a joke. so loosing my power steering and AC is not really a good option for me. lol... someone PMed me and told me that if you put a 4" intake on that helps. but thats not free. haha but thanks anyway.
