Default Replacing Rotors on 1999 TL?

Hello!
Been reading posts here for awhile and now finally decided to post. This is a great place for info!

I know the wifes TL needs front brakes BADLY! The pads are pretty much toast, so I fairly certain the rotors are beyond being turned or cut. Replacing the pads doesn't bother me, but the rotors does. How difficult is it to remove the rotors after pulling the old pads? Any big or special tools needed to do this? I have replaced pads on an accord before and it was pretty straight-forward, but I didn't have to do the rotors. I cringe at taking to a local shop even though they are excellent and have always taken care of me. I would rather spend the 2-3 hours doing it myself and save the labor charge this time around.

Any help or insight would be great! (I guess I could also go buy the manual and see what it says!!)

Once you remove the caliper and caliper bracket, all you need to do is remove the 2 phillips head screws that hold the rotor on. You will probably need an impact driver for this (pictured below). Once the screws have been removed the rotor should come right off, or if it's rusted in place you might have to tap it with a hammer a few times to break it loose. Very easy to do yourself.
