i have a 99 civic ex and the fan is just weird. it turns on if i twist the **** all the way but doesnt stay on. sometimes it turns on but most of the time if i want to defog my window i'll have to turn it on all the way. any idea whats goin on?

 

Check your fuses? I had a similar problem in my 88 LeMans, turned out to be a fuse.
