check the fan fuse and the fan relay. Under your hood top left thires a little black box open it up and check them all.

I have checked the fuse, but how do you know if the relay is good?

Please anybody have any advise? I checked the fuse, it is fine, and I dont know how to check the relay.

I also ran the fan hot just to see if it worked, and it did, so the fan is deff. good.

To see if your fan is still good, try this: while the car is on disconnect the Coolant Temp Sensor Plug, ( a green one on the thermostat housing) and use a paper clip or some wire to "jump" the connector to itself, and if the fans come on then its your Sensor thats bad, if the fans dont come on it has to do with the fan itself, and/or the related wiring.

test continuity on the sensor befor you start it in the morning. then again after you drive it and get it warm. there should be an open circuit when cold and closed when hot. also if its a h22 in a accord you need to wire both temp sensors.
