Unsure whether its one of my tensioner pully's or timing belt itself. Both balancer belt and timing belt are new.Sounds like I have a super charger.Help!

belt is to tight...for sure ....and yes its annoying as hell..
can be fixed very easily.

-loosen the tensioner bolt (there is an access hole in the timing cover)
-retighten bolt
-turn the crank counter clockwise about 3-4 teeth on the cam gear
-loosen tensioner bolt and retighten it to 40 ft./ lbs.
BAM , no more supercharger

I'm having the same exact problem. Ever since I had my Valves redone, I've had a bad oil leak and a whining noise from the T-belt area....This **** is really pissing me off, cause when I come to a stop, my car just smokes from all the oil it's burning off that leaked. I've been meaning to take it back ot the shop, but I've just always had things pop up to where I need my car

Yes...I just did my h23 ....all you need is a 14mm socket or box end wrench and an 18mm socket for the crank pulley.

There is no fixing it... Just let the belt settle, and quit being so fuking ****
