Cross threaded bolt front tire.
gurus,
let pretend i don't know crap about cars for the moment. I took my car in to get the brakes fixed and they crossed threaded a bold on the front left tire. It was on side ways didn't know it until after I picked it up. So I took the lugnut off and the thread on the bolt is hosed.
Is this easy to fix? I want to do it myself but heard since the car is front wheel drive there is more to it than just popping a new one on there?
Thanks in advance.

depends on your year/model. Some have said you can just hammer the old one out and the new one in, some say you have to remove the hub. Do a search in both the recent and archives for wheel stud or something similar. You should find some threads that explain how they did it.
But if this was me... I would take it back to the shop that did the work and make them pay for the part and make them replace it for free.
