i have a 95 civic 1.6 sohc vtec and there is squeaks and rattles on one of the pulley and im thinking its the water pump pulley but im not sure is it hard to replace that if anyone has a pics and steps on how to remove it please let me know.

 

Could be the waterpump, but it could also be your idler pulley. The idler would be the easier of the two, but don't attempt either if you can't change a timing belt.
