Default B18B Turbo - need some advice

I am currently working on a B18B GE sleeved block which I hope to run about 15-20 psi. Here is my setup:

Block
Arias pistons 83mm
Brian Crower Rods
Stock crank

Head
New valve train - thinking Brian crower valves, springs, retainers, locks

My questions are...
1.) do i need to replace rocker arms and or lifters for boost, or only if they are in bad condition?

2.) Do I need valve locks?

3.) Is the Brian Crower product line as good as the Crower line?

4.) do i need to match the head to the bore of my block (83mm)?

5.) for valve train, Brian Crower/ Crower/ of Ferrea?

6.) is it wise to line bore and balance crank when re-assembling?

Thanks for any advice.

I'm still on the fence about line boring. I am using the stock crank so I'm not sure if it is necessary. Is it a common procedure for my local machine shop? I know they do line boring all the time, but not sure if they do it for Honda blocks. Is there a difference between line boring a Chevy (for instance) or a Honda block - like tighter tolerances, etc?

My $.02- leave everything stock unless you think there's a problem.

Oversize valves will help. esp on a B18B, but only if ported as well.

From what I've heard, you don't have to get the head modified for a larger bore, but it can be done. The thing is if you do that, you'll want to unshroud the valve as much as possible while your at it.

Good luck!
