This is what I've got so far... 4 inch high density rollers, 1 quart high gloss color & 1 quart gray primer for $30...

It's Rustoleum Protective Enamel (Oil-based). What do I use to thin it since it's not Tremclad?

what ratio did u do paint to mineral spirits?

it shouldent be a problem ,just test out the reducer and see how it reacts tot he paint ,thats all ,like take a bit in a cup and poor alittle reducer in there and see what happens,if it mixes it will work ,if it just sits at the top of the cup youll have to use the mineral spirits
and yes you can put rustolem in your gun ,remember its paint and you have a paint gun
just make sure its thinned good ,or youll have troubles spraying that thick stuff lol
when i mexxed mine for the first time it was around 70/30 70 paint and 30 thinner ,but id allmost go with 60/40 mix

Oh, you should have gone to the local paint store and had them mix up 8 cans of Single stage in a ratle can and srpeayed the car, rollers on a car spell disaster.
good luch any way, I need to see how this furns out...
