im doing a mini me for my d16y7 motor with a d16y8 head. usually ppls would do it with a d16z6 head but since d16y7 nd d16y8 is obd2 ppls say it'll b better. but i was just wondering if im suppose to use a z6 timing belt or a y8 timing belt. bcuz on the mini me write up its a mini on a d15b7 with a d16z6 head. so i wanted to know what ppls feedback was on the d16y7 blocks. has anyone done a mini me with a d16y7 bottom block and a d16y8 head? all the info will help.
