I would suggest replacing the cam seal, when the motor was pulled ( for an h22 swap) it ran fine, and ran strong, but will be sold as-is HAS AN OBD1 valve cover (friend wanted the 98) motor has been sitting about 6 months, but still turns over, still has oil in there, it was pully because the owner wanted an h22 swap so i did it. Motor was pully with appx 88,000 miles, but i have no documentation of this besides what the owner told me. besides some misc bolts for the mounts and such, motor is ready to drop in a 96+ civic. Motor is located in NW GA. Will drive to Steele, AL, Atlanta, GA AREA, or Chattanooga TN, farther than that mileage for gas will be asked to be included
