Just started doing this or every oil change? Check your oil plug or filter. Maybe someone did a lazy oil change...

You need to look for a leak and because you are losing a considerable amount of oil it should be easy to spot one. You could start by checking for leaks on the pavement under your car.
If not you could be burning so check to see if the exhaust gas is blue.

yeah checked under the car when I first discovered this no leaks in my parking spot. Also haven't seen smoke and it does not smell like buring oil either ( my turbo civic used to burn oil ) It is like someone is draining my oil at night really wierd.. I will be doing a oil change next week will be under the car then to look more closly for a leak.

How many quarts have you put in total? Your last oil change plus additional oil?

Other than that, stop hitting Vtec so much...I know it is addictive but some how with the K-series motor, it tends to eat more oil when your in Vtec...My buddie with a type s is starting to have the same problem your having while for me with my a3 motor, it eats alot of oil only if I stay in the high rpms too long or push it too much...don't know why..

Check the colors of all your other fluids cause it could be leaking into one of them.

Get your oil changed and see what happens, you know that its really low when your timing belt tensioner starts smacking. check your drain plug and how tight your oil filter is. Just dont drive without oil in it.

Just dont drive without oil in it. If you dont get it fixed right away, your v-tec wont kick in if you dont have enough oil. If u expierence it not working make sure you put some oil in it. I would be extra careful untill you get it figued out because k20 motors arent cheap.
