Default Help changing piston rings

I just bought a 92 honda civic hatch.B18 D1. the guy i got it from ran nitrous threw it and the rings need to be changed pretty baddly.. i have helped my friends chanaged the rings in his acura teg. and i have a few friends that are going to help.. but i dont know exactly what i need like what kind of rings, bearings, ext..

Inspect bearings - if bad or worn replace.
Hone - can do it yourself with a ball hone to deglaze cylinders. Don't make bigger just a degalzing.

Remove old rings.
Clean pistons
Measure and gap top 2 new rings per cylinder, the oil control rings don't get gapped.
Make sure you align rings correctly.

only thing i would reccomend is replace the bearings regardless

I replaced my bearings but expect to pay 0.69 for plastiguage and just under 300.00 for oem bearings.
