</TD></TR></TABLE> why cant you put in the performance bushings, if you already have them. And if a Tech says they are going bad you should replace them, but truthfully it all depends on the volume of the damage.

Rear control arm bushings? Do you mean rear trailing arm bushings? If you do, you need to go get stock OEM Honda bushings to put back in the trailing arms. You DO NOT want the urethane bushing to put in there, you want either Honda or Mugen rubber bushings.
i just went through all that not to long ago if you have the new ones it is not that hard to change them out. you should use a press to get them out but if you can not get to one what you should do is pull off the control arm but be careful not to break the bolts because that will be a whole nother project. once you get them off get all the old rubber out and use a hack saw blade to cut the metal sleeve so that you can release the tension and pull them out. the new ones do not have that sleeve so you can just put them in with your hands then bolt them all back on and you are good to go. just know that if you buy a control are bushing set it does not come with the center bushing the one that you dampener is on. just note i do suggest you use a press if you can.

That is not correct. The new ones should have the outer metal ring. They all HAVE to be pressed in/out or other clever methods. I would seriously questions whether you got the right ones or not. Especially if they are OEM parts, there is a big issue.

Hmm...Is he talking about the trailing arm or actually the lower control arm? I don't think it's bad to put polys in the control arm, just the trailing arm
