shifter problems

shifter problems
shifter seems wierd lately its like so soft even when im in gear 5 it seems like im in gear 3? it moves around alot even when your in gear? does any one know what might cause the shifter to be so loose like that?

mine is like that too. the bushings seem shot. LOL I can even lift it up and down a little.
it is also loose where is connects to the tranny
