My Passenger Side Window not working
My Passenger side window is not working. I have been installing Speakers in the front panels of the doors and everytime I knelt on the passnger side door panel the fuse that I'm using to power the remote wire to the amps popped. It popped the fuse around 6 times before I decided to search for the problem. After some disassembly I found that that under the panel where I had ran the remote wire, one of them had been chaffed to the point the wires were exposed and wound ground tot he car when I applied the pressure to the panel. I fixed this with electrical tape.
(Prior to this when I was getting a car alarm installed the tech after the instalation told me it seemed my passenger side locking accuator was going out as it would not lock all the time when he armed the car.)
I reassembled everything and the next day I went to roll down my windows and my Driverside went down fine but the passenger side did not. I unscrewed the one screw to lift up the window control switch on the passenger side and found that I had not reconnected the switch the privious night. So I reconnected the switch and tried again and nothing. I tried the driver side again and nothing. I locked then unlocked the master control on the driver side and then tried both again and nothing.
Upon further investigation, I removed the passenger side door panel again and noticed a burn mark at a connection to the locking acuator on the vapor barrier. This pretty much solved the reason that the locking accuator is not working but it did nothing to explain why the window is not working. I checked the fuses too and they all seemed fine. So what could be the problem?

So I went back under dash and noticed that a fuse was missing it was the one with the (P\W somthing) So i replaced the missing fuse and it still didn't work, So then I got some compressed air and removed a bunch of gunk that had aquired on some wires that were going from the inner door through to the cars dashboard. Then I unflicked the passenger lock and reflicked it on and some how it worked, so I think missing that fuse and having the lock on might have been the problem.
