hey everyone,

just finished a b18c swap into a 95 civic which was originally an automatic

now the first drive i took it for the speedo wasnt working and it through code 17 now i have 2 different vss around so i put the orignal electrical part in and it showed the speed but it was jumping and now nothing....all fuses are good

what should i do guys/gals???

check the plug itself. they are prone to get corroded and burn out.

 

i check both ends of the plug and they are rust/corrosion free....

i also made sure the contacts were good and no change

im not getting anything on the cluster now

 

i had this same problem with my b16... you checked it.. i changed mine out.. and make sure you are bolting it all the way in there.. thats the key!!!!! bolt all the way in.. they are long bolts

 

i just put the original auto ecu in and the speedo works perfectly fine but when i put the b18c p72 in i get no speedo

are the pins different for each ecu???
