i was thinking of ordering some headers pretty soon. is there a difference between stainless steel and the ceramic ones? like hp loss or anything?

You should probably just order one header Not headers.

the theory behind the ceramic coating is the keep the heat inside the pipes therefore keeping the gases moving faster. but i doubt you'll be able to tell the difference between a ceramic and stainless header, especially the majority of OTS headers available.

one thing to consider though is that ceramic headers tend to crack over time because they also hold in moisture and are made of mild steel.
