Ever since I installed my aluminum radiator, I've been running hot. I was crusing down the road at 60mph and the radiator fan was on most of the time. It was 68 degrees out. Reserve tank and radiator are both full, and I replaced the thermostat last year. And the fan isn't stuck on. It will turn off for a moment. It's yet to overheat, but is running hotter than it used to, and there's a noticable loss in power when it's hot (vs partially warmed up and how it used to be). I'm running 60 water/ 40 coolant, all fresh. Any ideas?

Well that’s an understatement seen as HEAT kills power!
In answer too your question I would just go over the usual stuff like bleeding the system making sure of no air pockets check your thermo and flush your system again all before this gets worse!

Like said, check your coolant system and bleed it thoroughly. Obd0,1 and I'm assuming obd2 all have coding as well that affect this...if your ect's or iat's increase the ecu decreases fuel, and coupled with all the heat explains your power loss.
