do you have both complete engines and wiring harness first off,

i did this to my 00 si, the person i bought it off of didn;t take care of the engine and it died three months after i bought it. bought a jdm obd1 b16a and changed it over so it would pass inspection in mass( and so the obd2b ecu would work)

what you want to do is swap all obd1 sensors that have different plugs then that of your obd2 wiring harness to the sensors from your obd2 b16a

also you will need to add some sensors, for instance the crank positon sensor that is located by the crankshaft pully. you will want to use the obd2b wiring harness and make sure you have no unused plugs when finished in order to pass inspection
