try ICB, finding a CTR/Si lip is going to be very hard. Unless your buying it brand new you'll be on the look for months haha. especially if you want a certain color. The 99-00 Si and 99-00 CTR front lips are identical. Though there was thread a couple months back and some guy proved that the CTR lip flared out a tad bit more than the Si's lip. You can find the Si lip from certain honda dealers for $240 or so, you get the choose your color too, well from the factory Si colors.

It shouldn't be too difficult to find them since they still sell them at Honda even.

And the CTR/Si lip actually came on all trims of the '99-'00 Civic (at least all the coupes).

yea true, i called 2 local honda dealers here in socal and they had them or at least could get them.

are you talking about the 99-00 em1's? well actually the em1 front lip was a option not a standard feature (from what i heard). I've seen lots of em1's with no front lip, who knew that front lip would be worth so much haha.

It's standard on the '99-'00 USDM Si and optional on the other trims. The Si's that are missing them have had them removed for whatever reason. Meanwhile, the rear lip was an option on all trims, including the Si.

i know the rear lip was option but i've heard from EM1 owners that it was a option for the front lip.

No, they're wrong.

It's the thin rear lip often seen on '99-'00s. They also make "style" lips of it for '96-'98s.
