Default idle problem

Also when I am driving and get to a stop light it goes down to 1000 then upo to 2000 a few times then stays at 2k and then goes slowly to 1500. Other times on the freeway and get off i put it in neutral and it well surge form 1000 to 2000 and then do the same at a stop light as stated before. My car is a 1994 Honda Civic Ex with a b16a. I have tried adjusting at the throttle cable nothing and cleaned my ivac out really well checked connections nothing. thanks for any help.

Try changing your intake manifold and throttle body gasket.

got da same problem, but not as high, mines from 1000 to 1500. i adjusted the screw for idle on the TB and when its low enough it'll stop doing it but my car would idle really low. like at 200-300. my cars not throwing any cels either. if you change anything and it fixes the problem lmk might be the same for my car.
