Default **Ticking noise** (Only when given throttle and not at Idle)

Car is running like ****, no power. I've replaced spark plugs, wires, o2 sensor, header, pcv valve, and checked the timing (dead on).

I used to hear the ticking before the car warmed up, but now I hear it all the time when driving. If I put it in 5th gear and floor it its really loud.

Just to note, I just replaced the header and o2 sensor. I hope its not a small leak, but I'm sure it would sound different.

Sounds like you need a valve adjustment.

$100 at any honda dealer or DIY. Not that hard.

Could be LMA's also, but I don't know if that would cause power loss......

well it used to tick a little bit when i first started the car ( for about 6 months) Its been doing the really loud tick for a couple of days.

I have had a problem with low end power since I did the swap. I've replaced nearly everything.

Yeah, a valve adjustment is probbaly in order regardless of whether ot not that's whats making the noise. Just do that and if it doesnt fix it, mark it off your list of potentialities.

Process of elimination.

Can someone please explain why I would only hear it when I'm actually driving?
