Default overheating or not overheating?

yeah so i just got my car back oin the road i got a 91 crx with a b16a and an eg rad with a slim fan!

now i had this for a while but for some reason now my resevoir tank is bubbling and then over flowing all over the place but nothgin is coming out of the radiator and the car is not overheating!!!

idk what is wrong, do you think maybe the rad is bad? but like i said ive had the rad in there for a while and thsi never happened !

check your radiator cap. its suppose to let fluid both to and from the resivoir, it might just let it there and not back. there real cheap and might as well replace it since it probably never has been replaced

yes it was most likely the cap, my old dx had a bad cap and it would boil over but not overheat, with the new cap it raised the boiling point and was fine
