I seen a cheap turbo on da net that only puts out 60 horses!!! stock my car is 145hp but I have pushed out about 160hp with mods I need to know what yall think about this idea i feel ya only live once and really have yet to see too many boosted accords in New Orleans, Louisiana... It's 240 world out here...

Umm. what kind of power are you looking for? Is your car auto or manual? Do you know what kit you were looking at that said 60HP?

F22 engines are good for boosting and you can always turn up the boost later. The ebay turbo you are looking at would work, but you have to consider fuel management, upgrading the fuel injectors, upgrading your fuel pump.

how sure are you that you already have 160? usually I/H/E don't add but so much as our engines are not as responsive as others with bolt ons.

punctuation helps

sentences help

Forced Induction forum can probably tell you more about those ebay kits but I'm going to guess they'll say they suck......

First off, not to be a dick or anything, but sweet jebus learn punctuation(periods would be a good start). It will make you look intelligent and help us understand what you are saying. Reading that cluster of a post made my eyes bleed.

Alright, that being said, with $1200 you will get the kit but not much else. Like I said earlier, you have to consider more than just the cost of the Kit. You will have to upgrade the fuel injectors, fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator to supply the additional fuel needed. Personally, I would be leery of buying a kit off of E-Gay. TASAuto.com has a turbo kit for $1800.00, and personally I would trust that one much more.

The fuel management will run you from $200-$600(from hondata site). If you want to go a real cheap route, a piggyback system, like the Apxi S-VAFC(less than $300), is one way to go. But this is no substitute for a real fuel management system. Hondata would be a good system to get.

Plus figure into the cost time at the dyno for tuning. So, not to burst your bubble or anything, but save your money for a little while longer. But if you are ready go for it.

x2. the car is 13 years old, was rated 145 at the CRANK 13 years ago, and you're claiming 160? sorry to say but I doubt it.

anyhow that "kit" doesn't have any fuel management, looks like knockoff crap parts, and says it's set at 1 bar boost? can you say BOOM?

Yeah, 1 bar=14.5lbs of boost. F22 goes bye bye.
