rings
do a compression test
first dry (without oil in th cylinder), write the values down
then wet (capful of oil) and see if the values go up
If so, rings are bad
If not, valves are bad
This is all assuming youre blowing out blue smoke

your rings are fine
Look at the underside of your oil cap, does it have milky crap on it?
Is there oil or bubbly stuff in your coolant reservoir?
What about oil sitting right at the mouth of your radiator?
Any of those things...its probably a blown headgasket

yea ill make sure ill check that out taday...what about the kinda oil i use.i think its to then and its burning it to easy..i put 10w 30...i think i should go with 10w 40
