TDC on Crank Pulley keep jumping
(see if anyone in here might know) Got a D16Z6 motor and had the head re-surfaced with a new head gasket but the TDC on the Crank Pulley keeps on jumping. Using the Timing Gun, the TDC mark kept on jumping back and forth from the pointer on the timing belt cover. Plus the timing belt is slightly loose on one side. Could the tensioner cause the problem or does anybody know what would the problem be.
