I am looking at getting a set of DC5 Type R Recaro's for my S2K but we are wondering if they are going to fit? has anyone done this or have any tips on doing it let me know

I cant remember what fits in the s2000 and what doesn't. If I remember correctly dc2 type r seats are too wide for the s2000, but I can be wrong. I think type r seats arnt supposed to fit, but if you mod the rails some how they will.

wouldnt it be stupid to spend extra money to fit a seat? i think youre tryna be smartass..

honestly i see nothing wrong with oem seats. i like them.

Ive seen them,you will need custom made brackets and as for the size it fits nicely however it will be a bit wide on the sides so when you close the door it will tough a little but its small. Ive never been on an S2000 but them seats looks comfy as hell! I say the hell with recaros.

If anything get some brides.

but im wondering if ther eare any pre-made brackets i could order.. if not imma have to get some custom made ones if i even decide to have these seats in here

Looks that way.

 

i dont know s2ks are already some what of a small car, adding some srds would most diffenetly make it alot smaller in the cockpit, but they will look sick

 

as far as i could tell, the DC5 Recaros seemed wider than the Dc2 ones ive sat in. So, if Dc2 ones are a tight, may not work.
