What? If ur talking about a D series, driver and passenger sides are different lengths with the driver's being longer. Also the outboard cv joint has splines and threads on it, while the inboard one doesnt have any threads on it.

yea sorry, it would help if i were a lil more detailed. when installing integra axles, the axle with full splines go into the drivers side of trans and the axle with half splines goes into passenger side correct. p.s. this is for a b-series trans

I'm not sure since I only had the other intermediate shaft but I would say that the half one should go into the intermediate shaft. The axles themselves should have been marked, at least on the box or whatever they came in. Look inside the intermediate shaft and try and see how long the splines are in there and that may tell you which one is the right one.

The intermediate shaft axle should be the axle with splines the whole way down and the one thats half splines half smooth should be one that goes in the trans.
