Passenger Seat Shakes

Are you talking about the headrest or the seat? The headrest will shake as the car gets old because the post is not that strong built in to the top back cushion. IMO, the headrest is a weak link. Not much you can do short of replacing a seat.
My 97 Civic did the same thing, and I tighten and checked everything. I think the cause of it was because I slept in my car during lunch for years. Therefore "weaken" it.

then remove the base shaker that someone installed under the seat
then remove the base shaker that someone installed under the seat
unbolt the seat from the car turn it over and make sure the slider is bolted tight to the seat. If it is then you will have to replace the seat slider

Well i took my seat out and turned it upside down. The whole slider thing slid off..i think its missing the rollers that go inside it?..anybody know how to get a new slider?
