Default sputtering problem help!!!

i helped my boy 2 months ago with his swap its a b18b from a 4 door automatic ls. in a 96 hatch with a gsr tranny, skunk 2 manifold ,fuel regulator at 58 psi full tr. dc headers, msd blaster, chipped ecu. the car sputter between 4.000rpm to 5.000rpm and it idles retarted. then after i full tr. it throws a cel for intake temperature sensor then I'll turn the key back and forth and the cel goes away till i full throttle it again i changed the sensor and it was kinda burn on the tip of the sensor we also changed the harness plug and nothing. from the day the swap got done he still are having the same problem we changed everything from ecu to distr, engine harness, injector, throttle body, fuel rail etc.. please help us out!!!!

try a different ecu? harness loose? timing right? grounding out somewhere? firing order right? i know msd exterior blasters can be headaches sometimes. try starting it without the msd?

My friend uses my account because i let em. lol
I have checked the timimg, he swap ecu tryed almost everything. We also adjust the valves also. Im really puzzled about this swap.

The car sometimes sputters really hard at 4,700 rpm what can that be a sign off?
