tranny

i bought my car with a ls motor already in it and n my clutch is going out how can i tell what kind of tranny i have

is it hydro or cable?

all b series hydros use the same clutch.

if its cable, it could have diffrent size splines for the clutch.

their should be a sticker on the tranny (by to the exhuast manifold). should say y1, ys1, or what not.
