Default how do you guys mount the licence plate on the side of a front bumper

I dont want mine in the middle, looks so gay
i wanna take it off and mount it on the side, and seal out the two holes.

How do you guys mount the plate on the side...
you buy some special mounting thing?
you screw it in, make new holes?
never really asked about this before.

Yes, because having your license plate on the side makes you heterosexual. Nothing is gayer in life than using your stock mounting location. You gotta expletive chicks and drill holes in your bumper so you can put on a $30 plate of steel.

Idiot.

I'd have to see pictures, but I'm not sure how you could bend the top part and it not look "ghetto"

I got the generalized Idea, that wasn't hard to grasp. It was seeing the bent over license plate not looking ghetto I couldn't get.

Go to http://www.photobucket.com

And take a picture of you're license plate. (blur out the letters if you must.)

the pictures i drew were prolly more ghetto then the apperience(sp?) of the plate.. it really doesnt look that bad.. but eyy whatya do... it works.. and as far as shaving the licence holes... i just stuck 2 round headed fasteners in the inner holes and looks actually pretty good..

personally if you have the plate anywhere else than stock, the car looks offset, as in its not symetrical (sp). I hate seeing civics driving down the road with the plate replicating an EVO. poor civics.

F that, 20 bucks can get you 1/2 tank of gas nowdays.

Id hit up home depot, spend the $4 in gas and $2 in supplies.

i made my own one day when i was bored and trying to figure out how to weld. turned out pretty good. was pretty much just some bent pieces of flat steel that i welded together and painted. i'll take pics next time i open the garage up.

Ricers can drive anything, BMW's, mustangs, probes, civics, Mercedes.

Ricer is usually a term used to describe someone who knows dick about cars and does pointless ugly modifications usually with a slow car.

Cardbord wings, goofy spoilers etc etc.

form over function people are ricers.
