Default HI all fellow ef'ers and honda enthusiasts!!!First post about my car:)

Well after my 4th ef9, I have decided to become a "regular" in this forum an I hope to
help anyone with any technical problems, troubleshooting or general questions. I am pleased to show you my newest project, the 91 si. I bought it for 700 from some guy in
Taylorsville, Utah. I just moved here from Southern cali and I must say it is different.
I am 25 years old and have been a honda guru for almost 9 years. I figured I would
get a general consensus about how to modify the hatch. What i am going for is what I did with my buddies 89 si hatch. I took a carbed zc single cam, put the si injection on it, and man I couldn't believe it. We would beat 5.0's in the quarter as well as b16 powered si's. But my friend dustin died in the same car a year ago, so I am going to build this car in his memory. I am doing the same zc carb conversion. But this time I want to plug off the smog crap and jet out the dual carbs on there lol. Call me crazy. Anyways I wanted to show you pics of my new project and I will start another thread for progress pics soon. I am a volvo Technician so if you have any questions on those lemme know ok?
Alright guys thanks for looking and hopefully I wont be hazed in here or stoned lol.

yea i look old but hey, the grey hair throws people off. My UTI name was "gramps"
lol. dont care if you call me that LOL

gramps? Wes V. and I should be a couple of oldies here too. But anyway, welcome and nice ride. I don't have my Si hatch anymore but I just acquired my CRX a couple of months ago.

well i love the volvo brand, but man the talk about cheap sob's out here in utah!!! man I had one lady accuse me of stealing a dollar out of her change tray LOL. the r cars and the new v8 s80's are SOOO fun to drive. I actually raced a new SI coupe with an s60R (customers lol) and it wasnt a race but hey there is like a 20k difference in price too. too bad ford owns them now everything is turing into a clusterfuck. hard as hell to work on now.

Hi streetwerkz, well ever since my buddy dustin died as a result of a head-on colission with a drunk driver, I have stayed sober myself since. I still have fun, but hey no one leaves that drinks in my place.
The steering wheel was in the drivers seat. The car folded in half. Imagine a ford f350 diesel running into a honda hatch at a combined speed of 70 mph. Yeah it wasn't cool at all.

Welcome to the fold, hive, consortium, cult, sect, sanitarium, what have you.

And no you are not old. I'm 33 this year and still play with Honda's and toys. Though some may say there are one in the same. Nice hatch. Will be be off road only? Because of the carbs in cali and smog ****'s.

If not, i'd like to see how you get around it and how it turns out. Carb'd cars have always been fun. Some of the first mods available for the old CRX's and Civic back in the day.
