No. Without an air filter just about anything can get sucked into your engine and destroy it. Even dust is bad. What happened to the old intake?

 

put a filter or at least some dryer sheets over your tb.

That will do fine until you get your new intake.

i suggest the dryer sheets.

Cylinder walls love little grits of sand. And if your lucky, a little rock will play ping pong between your piston and valves.
