door locks

my pass. side rear door lock doesn't work from the main switch or when locked with key, you have to lock it manually. When you lock the all the doors it continues to try and keep locking itself, is this from the bad rear lock? thanks

Bogus question...79's didn't have power door locks.
But if they did the lock actuator would probably be the problem.
