correct me if im wrong someone. but i pretty sure that b series heads are interchangable with each other, and i think that the gsr still has the same tranny which personally i think is a pretty good tranny. b16 tranny is shorter. but if you really want to get complicated go with b16 1,2 gsr 3,4 ls 5

People build CRVTEC's with that head, I would make the uneducated assumption that there should be absolutely no problem, and if there was any issue at all, I also would assume that they would be easily resolved, but remember if I assume I make an ***-outof-U-and-ME HEHE

whoa buddy no one said that, first off its a different rotating assembly than both ITR and CTR, not to mention different bore. It will be a full build either way, so consider more options among those if you are within a budget. by the way im partial to gsr tranny

some people hate them, i have seen many running very strong and nice (then again alot of people hate h22 also). That seems like a fair price for anything dohc vtec with under 100k, did it come with a head? intake manifold? sheet metal? ecu? wiring? trans? wait... even better, what exactly did it come with?

keep your stock head on there. you dont gain a whole lot from swapping on a p72 head. and no the bore is not different than a b17/b18.

b17's are rare engines cause they were only in 92-93 gsr's. anyway you decide to build it you'll get similar results as a b16.

ok i have "oneludesol" tell me is different bores which i doubt it because is a b series block and they all have same bores just diffrent pistons, rods etc, and one saying is the same, im gonna go with "doood" is the same bore.

like i said in your other thread, they have the same block and head. only difference is b17 has a slightly longer stroke and shorter rods. that's what makes up the displacement difference.

Yes. A b17 is a stroked b16 for all intensive purposes. So if you want to think of it that way, a b17 head is a b16 head.
