there's a cover on my stock header and there's 4 bolts on it. I took the 3 off but the forth one (on the top right) is stuck. I think it's rusted. I didn't try any power tools because i'm scared of stripping it. Any tips guys?

 

PB blaster // some time of metal penetrant. Let it sit and soak as long as you can then keep trying. If the bolt breaks off, just replace the stud.

 

what if the studs get stuck in there w/o the bolt?

 

also, is it alright if i just take the sheild out and drive without it? That is if i have a stock header

why are you removing your header to put it back on after? if you do just use the other 3 bolts

 

i'm removing the shield so that i can install the o2 sensor
